Buy-Sell Agreement

An agreement among business partners for dealing with death or serious illness in order to maintain the success of the company while providing for the partner’s families. So named because parties agree to buy shares and others to sell shares in certain situations at agreed price or method of determining price, and sets out the source of funding for completion.
