Consignment

A sales arrangement where one party entrusts goods to another and authorizes them to sell the goods on their behalf, with the understanding no payment will be required from either party until or unless the goods are sold and furthermore, that if they are not sold they will be returned to the original party and the arrangement terminated without cost.
