Operating any motorized vehicle, such as a car, truck, motorcycle, motorboat, jet ski, ATV, etc., while being affected by drugs or alcohol. Blood – Alcohol measurements are used to determine the level of alcohol which is then compared to varying provincial infractions in Canada. Also known as “DUI”.
