Long Term Care Insurance

A type of health insurance product which provides benefits to reimburse for expenses paid for nursing home, in-home nursing care or other types of personal care. Policies are usually based on costs covered per day, such as “$300 per day of coverage”. See also “Reimbursed Expenses”.
