A medical check-up and Q & A performed by a nurse at the home or workplace of a person applying for insurance and wanting to avoid the exorbitant costs of guaranteed issue policies. Paramedicals generally take 20 – 40 minutes. People should not drink excessive quantities of coffee or alcohol prior to appointments.
