Subrogated Beneficiary

The person or people who would receive the proceeds of an investment or insurance policy in Quebec if the primary beneficiary was no longer living. Also known as a “Contingent Beneficiary” or “Secondary Beneficiary”. See also “Primary Beneficiary”.
