How It Works
STEP 1: Inheritance Advance Application
Complete and submit the form below. Within 24 hours, First Inheritance will contact you and the executor to determine your eligible loan amount.
STEP 2: Advance Approval
Once your advance has been approved, you and the executor receive the documentation for signing. Funds are deposited into your account within 48 hours of receiving the paperwork so be sure to follow up with your executor.
STEP 3: The Estate Repays The Loan
You don't repay the advance. The estate repays it and any inheritance left over gets paid to you. You don't have to wait to get the things that matter.

Maximum Amount of Advance
The minimum is $5,000 and the maximum is $75,000. Though you may want more, this is certainly enough to cover most must-have-now wish lists. (You may be approved for a lesser amount depending on a number of factors.)
Underwriting Fee
This is a one-time cost for the work involved in approving your advance. They charge the lower of $5,000 or 10%. This is reasonable because inheritance advances are far less common and more complicated than traditional loans.
Interest Rate
